What happened: I ordered pants from Eddie Bauer on March *****. My Vancouver, BC, billing and payment addresses were the same and accurate. On May **, I finally had word that pants were shipped via Landmark but I didn't double check my address on their email. Today (May **) I received back to back SMS messages. ** - order picked up on on way immediately followed by ** - unable to deliver and package has been returned. Contact sender. It was then that I notice the incomplete shipping address. There has been no reply to my SMS message to Landmark. Why did they not just phone or text me for the proper address? Or give me a pick up address? I really wanted these pants despite * months wait. Now, at least, I want my money back ($**). Seems there is no one to contact at either Bauer or Landmark. I often order from the UK and receive packages reliably within a week. I would have thought packages from the US would be equally efficient. I won't order anything that comes through Landmark again. I've had no trouble with Fedex, UPS, Purolater, Canada Post, Amazon..... etc I hope you can help somehow.
